An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and hardworking chef to join an award-winning team cooking to a 3 rosette standard at the renowned Knockinaam Lodge. Minimum 2 years’ experience required cooking to a similar level and must be able to work well in a small team.

As a Chef De Partie (CDP) you are responsible supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food Duties to include the day to day running of their own section, HACCP and supporting the head chef.

Five day week, salary dependent on experience, position to start immediately.
