SSDA have created a content database to better market your business and products for upcoming projects.  If you would like to contribute to it in order to showcase both areas and your business in the best light, we are looking for high-quality media files that fulfil the following requirements:

 

Photography:

  • File type: Please save your images as jpeg, using the maximum quality setting, ideally HD 108`
  • File size: Each image should be greater than 3800px (longest side)Y
  • Colour space: Please ensure your images are saved using RGBY
  • Watermarks and/or logos: Please make sure your images do not have any visible logos or watermarks

If your images have people in them we would require a model release form also completed and signed off

 

Video Footage:

  •  File type: Please save your video footage as mp4 or, ideally, we would want to work with RAW files where possible / unedited footage

  • Resolution: Video footage resolution should be at least 1920 x 1080

  • Look and feel: No talking heads or interview style content, good examples of video coverage would be Visit Berwickshire Coast or the Scottish Borders Food & Drink Network

If your videos have people in them we would require a model release form also completed and signed off.

Drone Footage: 

Please also ensure that you own the copyright to any files you are sharing, or are acting on behalf of the copyright holder
